Meal Plan 
The meal plan presented is simply a suggestion for a daily meal plan.  This is a guide to be used in order to gain weight and supplement our student athletes as they participate in our off-season lifitng program.  With the amount of activity our athletes complete in a week, it is essential to provide their bodies with the appropriate nutrients and energy sources.  Additionally, with this meal plan it is just as important to hydrate their bodies, drinking enough water to sustain functionability within their muscles. 
State Powerlifting Results  
State Powerlifting Results at Emmaus High School on 2-24-07.  The following is a spreadsheet of individual results from the State Powerlifitng Competition.  19 lifters competed for Southern Lehigh, this was the first time theses athletes have competed at this level.
